Conferences, briefing papers, study resources, speakers for events – generous giving by Friends of JRI enables this work to continue. Indeed, it is only through the ongoing support of individuals that JRI can do all that it does. Any gift, however small, is always very much appreciated.
The best way to give is to set up a direct transfer or standing order, and if you have access to online banking this can be done quickly and safely with no need to post anything to us. This pdf document provides the JRI bank details which are needed to do this. It is also a form which can be printed off, completed and sent to us should this method be preferred, and it is also available as a Word document. Gift Aid can be declared using the same form. Alternatively, post a cheque made payable to The John Ray Initiative, to JRI, City Works, Alfred Street, Gloucester, GL1 4DF.
If applicable please complete and submit the Gift Aid declaration which can be found at the foot of this screen.
Please consider remembering the work of JRI in your will by means of a legacy gift. This can be included in your will next time it is re-written, or added as a codicil to an existing will. Please contact your solicitor for further information or download this “Legacy codicil” form.
Online donation is possible using Paypal, and this may be the most efficient way to donate if you already hold a Paypal account, are donating from a non-UK Sterling account or wish to donate a one-off small sum, for example upon download of one of our resources. This button will take you to the page to donate directly to JRI.
Finally, as a registered charity The John Ray Initiative can also receive donations via CAF (the Charities Aid Foundation), Stewardship and Give As You Earn payroll-giving schemes. Our England and Wales registered charity number is 1067614.
Gift Aid Declaration
If you are a UK Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax taxpayer please consider submitting a Gift Aid declaration so that JRI can reclaim tax at 25% on your donation.
